We call Image analytics, to the set of technologies that allow us to analyze images and videos of the real world and get information from them in the same way people do.
The difference with other disciplines such as computer vision, Image analytics is that not only analyzes the image characteristics. It also does a comprehensive understanding of the environment where images are involved, allowing a more close and accurate analysis.
The solutions offered by the Image analytics approach allow people who use them feel identified with the way we approach problems and find solutions.
Processes applied to real life problems requires collecting large volumes of scattered data. Being able to process and extract useful information from them a competitive advantage.
We develop solutions that enables automatic or assisted data analysis based on the latest data-mining technologies.
We understand that Open Source Software is an alternative to traditional licensing model. We share its values and in our solutions we use this business model, in an honest and moral commitment: We use open source projects, work with them to make improvements and develop our own open source projects.
A great example is our project Ginkgo CADx, world leader in medical imaging Open Source software.
We have extensive experience in data representation of all 2D, 3D and 4D, are experts in 3D technologies: OpenGL and VTK.

An example of 3D visualization is that of the previous figure, in which we generated a 3D model from a series of 2D cuts from a CT scan. Such reconstructions provide much functionality to the medical diagnosis, intervention planning and research, as to interact with the model, reorient, expand and improve or lessen details ... and adjust the properties of the model to display only specific structural elements or tissues (organs).
