Pattern Recognition
One of the main applications on Artificial Vision is pattern recognition. Patterns can be any image that should be searched in another, regardless the image position, orientation and scale.
In MetaEmotion we have developed top-level techniques for pattern recognition in color images, working with situations of high noise or partial occlusions (when other objects hide partially the pattern to find).
These kind of techniques are very appreciated in the industrial process for faults detection.
